Abraham Arends is a Senior Associate with Mcnamara & Associates.
Abraham Arends was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in March 2003. After initially practising at Upper Mt Gravatt Abraham moved to Carter Capner Lawyers running a variety of complex matters in the areas of family and personal injuries law and was soon promoted to Associate.
In 2008 Abraham moved to Slater & Gordon following the acquisition of Carter Capner’s personal injuries practice where he worked primarily in CTP claims and was promoted to the position of Senior Associate in 2009.
Abraham joined McNamara & Associates in October 2012 in the role of Senior Associate. He is currently involved in representing people with injuries arising from motor vehicle, workplace and various public liability incidents as well as medical negligence.
Abraham is a keen golfer and currently is a member of Karana Downs Golf Club and is an active participant in charity golf events. He is also involved in community awareness surrounding the dangers of driving motor vehicles having developed a program called “Crossroads” involving presentations to high school students.
Abraham grew up in Mount Crosby and now lives in Brisbane. He forms part of the firm’s commitment to providing experienced advice and service to wider Queensland.
